Orders and payment
An order is completed when payment is accepted. Payment is processed by Stripe: card details do not pass through and are not stored on this website. An order confirmation is sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Delivery
Delivery availability and timing depend on the destination and are communicated during the order process. Once an order has shipped, its delivery address can no longer be changed.
Sizes
Sizes are listed in centimeters and refer to the person's height, not age. Measure the child's height before selecting a size.
