30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact contact@deguideco.fr before sending an item. We will provide the return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return costs and refunds

There is no restocking fee. We cover return shipping when an item is defective, damaged or different from the order; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
